Well, my return into fandom amigurumi designs had to start with a bird. It's not my fault I fall in love with anything bird-related. At least I haven't subjected you all to my cat obsession yet!

Phew! It's been a long time coming, but I finally got all my bird patterns together into an extra pretty PDF ebook: inkypicacrochet's Crochet Birds!
And now for the final bird keychain in my set (for now!): the American Robin! These birds are a sure sign that spring is coming. Unforunately, I've yet to see one! We still have snow on the ground here. Maybe making this little guy will get the season started?
And now, for the final coaster in my set: the Tree Swallow! A summer favourite for most of North America. These cute little guys are pretty easily identified in flight thanks to their unique shape and dive bombs.
'Bout time I got back to my coasters, huh? I always wanted to do a set of four unique coasters, but I ended up getting sidetracked after the magpie. But now I've returned to finish off the set! I chose to do a Cedar Waxwing for the third pattern.
This is a pattern I've had marinating in my mind for a long, long time. I absolutely love the wigglers from Monster Hunter World, to the point where the Wiggler head layered armour became a bit of a permanent fixture on my character. It goes with everything, I promise.
Here's a short and sweet pattern for a small crochet log. I made it to act as a prop in my bird keychain photos, and figured that I might as well share it here as well.
